1. Introduction

Kang Fintech Solutions (KFS) is committed to providing transparent and competitive pricing for its financial services. This fee schedule outlines the fees applicable to customers using KFS services, including digital wallet transactions, payments, and other financial activities. All fees are denominated in Central African CFA Franc (XAF) for clarity and convenience.

2. Digital Wallet Fees

2.1 Account Registration

• Opening a KFS Digital Wallet: Free
  
• Account Maintenance (Monthly): Free
  
  

2.2 Adding Funds to Your Wallet

• Bank Transfer: Free
• Debit or Credit Cards: Free
• PayPal: Free
• Cash Deposit at KFS Agent Locations: 0.0075% plus 40 XAF of the transaction amount (minimum 500 XAF)
  
• Mobile Money Transfer: 0% fee with Kang. Mobile operator fees apply depending on your mobile network provider.
  
  

2.3 Cash Out from Your Wallet

• Bank Transfer: 1,000 XAF per transaction. Other fees may apply depending on your bank.
  
• Cash out at KFS Agent Locations: 0.0075% plus 40 XAF of the transaction amount (minimum 500 XAF)
  
• Mobile Money Transfer: Not Supported.
• Card payment: 1% plus 40 XAF of the transaction amount (minimum 5000 XAF). Payment gateway fees may apply.
• Paypal: 1% plus 40 XAF of the transaction amount (minimum 5000 XAF). Payment gateway fees may apply.
  
  

3. Payment Fees

3.1 Sending Money

• Domestic Transfers (Within Cameroon):
  • To KFS Users: Free
    
  • To Non-KFS Users: Must be registered on Kang to send or receive money.
    
    
• Cross boarder payments:
  • All cross boarder payments are charged at the same rates 0.0075% plus 40 XAF with no hidden fees.
    
    

3.2 Receiving Money

• Domestic Transfers: Free
  
• International Transfers: Free
  
  

3.3 Merchant Payments

• Online Payments: 0.0075% plus 40 XAF of the transaction amount (minimum 200 XAF)
  
• Kang API (integration): 1.5% of the transaction amount (minimum 300 XAF)
• In-Store Payments (QR Code or POS): 0.0075% plus 40 XAF of the transaction amount (minimum 300 XAF)
  
  

4. Currency Conversion Fees

• Currency Conversion (e.g., USD to XAF): 0% of the transaction amount
  
  

5. Other Fees

5.1 Bill Payments

• Pay Bills (Electricity, Water, etc.): 0.0075% plus 40 XAF per transaction
  
• Airtime Top-Up: 100 XAF per transaction
  
  

5.2 Account Statements

• Monthly E-Statement: Free
  
• Printed Statement (On Request): 1,000 XAF per statement
  
  

5.3 Chargebacks and Disputes

• Chargeback Fee: 5,000 XAF per chargeback
  
  

6. Fee Waivers and Discounts

• High-Volume Customers: Customers with monthly transaction volumes exceeding 1,000,000 XAF may qualify for reduced fees. Contact KFS for details.
  
• Promotional Offers: KFS may offer temporary fee waivers or discounts as part of promotional campaigns.
  
  

7. Transparency and Disclosure

• All fees are clearly displayed during the transaction process.
  
• Customers are notified of applicable fees before confirming transactions.
  
• Detailed fee information is available on the KFS website and mobile app.
