Terms of Use for Kang Fintech Solutions (KFS)

Welcome to Kang Fintech Solutions (KFS). These Terms of Use govern your access and use of our financial services, website, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. By using KFS, you agree to comply with these Terms, applicable financial regulations in Cameroon, international financial laws, and industry standards. To use KFS services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old: Users under 18 are not permitted to register or use our services. If you are a minor, parental consent is required where applicable under local laws.
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration details: All information submitted during registration must be truthful, and users must update any changes promptly. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension or legal action.
Comply with all applicable financial laws and regulations: Users must adhere to relevant financial laws, including anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies, as mandated by the Cameroonian government and international regulatory bodies.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.
Users must create an account and maintain confidentiality of their credentials: It is the user's responsibility to keep login credentials secure. Do not share passwords or PINs with unauthorized persons.
Unauthorized access to an account must be reported immediately to KFS: If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify us at support@kangfintechsolutions.com.
KFS is not liable for losses due to unauthorized account access if caused by user negligence: Users are solely responsible for activities conducted under their accounts unless KFS is found to be negligent in data protection.
KFS provides digital financial services, including:
Money transfers and payments: Users can send and receive money securely within Cameroon and internationally, subject to applicable laws and currency exchange rates.
Secure storage of financial information: KFS employs advanced encryption and data protection measures to safeguard user financial details.
Integration with third-party financial institutions: Users can link their bank accounts, mobile wallets, and other financial tools for seamless transactions.
Customer support and dispute resolution: Our support team is available to resolve transaction disputes, provide guidance, and offer assistance regarding our services.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service at our discretion.
Users agree not to:
Use KFS for illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, or financing of terrorism: Any such activities will result in immediate account termination and possible legal action.
Violate financial regulations, including AML and know-your-customer (KYC) policies: KFS implements strict compliance measures to prevent illegal transactions.
Interfere with the security or functionality of KFS services: Attempting to hack, manipulate, or compromise the system in any way is prohibited.
Engage in abusive or fraudulent transactions: Users found engaging in chargeback fraud, transaction laundering, or other financial misconduct will be banned from the platform.
Violations may result in account suspension, legal action, and reporting to authorities.
Users authorize KFS to process transactions on their behalf: By initiating a transaction, users agree to abide by KFS’s transaction policies.
Transaction fees are disclosed before confirmation: Users will always be informed of fees before finalizing any transaction. Fees vary depending on the transaction type, location, and applicable laws.
Refunds and chargebacks are subject to KFS’s policies: Users must contact customer support for disputes. Refunds are processed based on transaction circumstances, and certain fees may be non-refundable.
KFS complies with:
Cameroon’s financial laws and Central Bank directives: KFS is registered and regulated under applicable Cameroonian financial laws to ensure compliance with national regulations.
International financial regulations (e.g., AML, Counter-Terrorism Financing): We adhere to global compliance standards to prevent financial crimes and ensure lawful operations.
Payment industry standards set by Google Play and Apple Store: Our services align with app store policies regarding digital transactions, user data security, and financial services.
User data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy: We only collect necessary user data and do not sell or share it with unauthorized third parties.
KFS uses encryption and other security measures to protect personal and financial information: Data is stored securely to prevent unauthorized access.
Users may request data access, correction, or deletion in compliance with applicable laws: Requests can be submitted through our privacy support channels.
KFS is not liable for service disruptions due to force majeure events (e.g., cyberattacks, regulatory changes, natural disasters): We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee complete immunity from disruptions.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence: Users must take appropriate security measures to protect their accounts.
KFS provides services “as is” without warranties on uninterrupted or error-free performance: While we make continuous improvements, we do not guarantee the absence of occasional technical issues.
Users may close their accounts at any time: Account termination requests can be submitted through our support channels.
KFS may suspend or terminate services for policy violations, security risks, or legal compliance: Users engaging in fraudulent activities or breaching our terms will face immediate action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon: Any legal disputes will be resolved under Cameroonian jurisdiction.
Disputes must first be resolved through KFS’s internal resolution process: Users must attempt to settle disputes through our customer support team before pursuing legal action.
If unresolved, disputes may be submitted to arbitration or legal proceedings in Cameroon: Formal disputes will be handled through recognized legal channels.
KFS reserves the right to update these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
